It Can’t Be That Simple
Yes, DocSite PQRI Registry makes it that simple. For example, no matter what specialty you are, the Prevention measure set means you can participate using DocSite PQRI Registry. Simply ask 5 to 9 questions of the next 30 patients who walk through your door and are over 50 years with at least two being traditional Medicare Fee-For-Service patients.
Record the answers directly to the registry during the office visit, or through our PQRI data collection form and have an administrative assistant update the registry later. You choose! The system will notify you when your requirement has been met and your data is ready to submit to CMS. 3 to 9 questions plus 30 consecutive patients equals 1.5% of your total annual traditional Medicare Fee-For-Service reimbursements for 2008.
- Subscribe to DocSite and use our PQRI Quick Start Guide to track up to 30 patients for FREE!
