Healthcare organizations continue to invest millions of dollars in Health IT with the goal of enhancing patient care while reducing costs. IPAs, PHOs and hospital systems particularly feel the need to integrate their systems and providers into a cohesive unified care process sharing appropriate clinical information relevant to each patient being cared for.
With growing demands for analysis and reporting from public and private payers, as well as pressure from the federal government to clinically integrate or face obsolescence, how do physicians and CIOs combine these investments in systems to create a unified picture of the care process? DocSite has a solution.

DocSite Connect™ makes establishing rigorous standards for quality and efficiency simple. Unlike traditional electronic data interface systems, DocSite Connect incorporates clinical guidelines and measures into the data exchange process.
Data can originate from electronic IT systems or paper-based offices. This gives you many different input options that result in one coordinated view of the organization. Further, the warehouse matches and cleanses clinical data gathered from physician offices allowing you to report and benchmark care across the organization.

DocSite Connect™ is an integrated data warehouse built on a Microsoft® SQL Server Platform. The warehouse provides an honest broker of information that works with different systems in a HIPAA compliant manner. It can import and export patient demographics, lab results (LOINC) and other data using HL7 and related NCVHS sanctioned standards.
The warehouse also imports and exports to XML, CSV or Excel files facilitating statistical analysis. It incorporates a sophisticated and configurable rules engine and patient matching system that can be used on both imports and interfaces.
